Again, I am at a loss how to approach this terrible day...but again I have had so much help and support from Ben's loving family and friends.

in Mexico. He was, quite clearly, the same Ben that we all knew back home. So here is Morelia's letter.
I have read this letter through time and time again. I went to the burial ground and read it to Ben. Always it makes my cry: that feeling, just out of the corner of the eye, that he is there...just about to join us...
On this day, I have also written to Sonia, Claudio's Mum. Last year she shared with us all the pictures of Miguel...and this year I have been able to share with her the pictures of Beau Benjamin, born just over three months ago: Ben's nephew.
Miguel and Beau show the continuity that keeps me going - new life!
I have also had lovely messages, cards etc from Alison, Jess, Luke, Jamie and more...along with all the support from family and friends here in Cornwall. Yes, it is a horrible day of remembrance of the violence done to Ben, Claudio and Freddy. But it is also a day of hope, community and love.
I will be doing ReWake 2 on Saturday 15th June, down in Cot Valley, and all of Ben's family and friends are, as always, very welcome to join me there (Shoris will be cooking again..!).
